The Web's Premier Source for Volcano InformationVolcanoWorld has been the Internet's leading source of information about volcanoes since January 1995. Each year VW serves about 4 million different users, including grade school kids, teachers, college students, professors, researchers, government scientists and the general public. VolcanoWorld was originally funded by NASA and hosted at the University of North Dakota. VW is now part of BrainSpace, a non-profit organization devoted to informal learning for kids and adults of all ages.
