Looking Back: 9/11 Across America - Acoustic Exhibit. The Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University (CDS) has compiled an acoustic exhibit from over 300 hours of recordings from the American Folklife Center's call for documentation on the immediate reactions of average Americans to the September 11 attacks. CDS is offering cultural and educational institutions the opportunity to host a Looking Back: 9/11 Across America sound gallery during the one-year anniversary week of the terrorist attacks.
